The Otaku Journalist is writing another book

March 11, 201511 commentsLauren Orsini

qwerty

It’s been way too long since my last post announcing an ebook.

You may have seen me tweeting some questions lately, and this is why. I’m working on an ebook about anime blogging—how to start one, how to grow one into a major audience or even a job, and plenty of interviews with amazing people who have done just that.

I decided to write this book after reviewing the reader survey I conducted last May, in which the majority of respondents said they were interested in a book about anime blogging. While there are many books that will teach you how to blog, there aren’t any about our weird little subculture in particular. I want to change that.

I’m well on my way with this book. However, I’ve put together an optional survey if you’d like to help me write something that caters to your interests. All of my thanks to those who leave feedback. I’m writing this book for you, and your answers will help me make it worth your time.

I’ve been meaning to actually respond to this post (https://otakujournalist.com/how-to-boost-traffic-to-your-anime-blog/) for a long time, but I’ve been really busy and tired.

I’d love to buy your book.

@Crimm:disqus at this point, you should just email me about it! When posts are really old, I don’t always respond to comments unless there’s a pressing question involved. And thanks for your support!

Okay I’ll do that. Any energy I’ve had has just been put into goofing off on twitter. I can’t seem to muster up energy for much else. :)
