- Did anyone not see this coming? Amazon’s sanitized fanfiction portal, Kindle Worlds, is not a hit with readers or writers.
- G-Nitro wrote a lengthy explanation of why he no longer feels comfortable identifying as an “otaku” or a “gamer.” In his experiences, being made to feel like a fake geek isn’t exclusive to either gender.

- My friend and colleague Aja Romano’s Yowamushi Pedal fandom article finally went live this week! I may have advised on this.
- This amazing amateur voice actor does hilarious impressions of anime and games characters. Here’s Phoenix Wright trying to stall for time and Meowth going a bit too far (NSFW).
- Planning on writing any fiction this weekend? I love Steven Savage’s Writing Prompt Generator. He has a ton of anime-related generators, too!
